Started in the 1970s out of a need for good cheese, Brown’s cheese is now an international award-winning cheese factory and today, we offer you a glimpse into the processes that go into the making of the 45 cheeses they offer. Starting off with a tour of the factory, the tour ends with a delicious lunch which includes specialty cheeses, homemade bread, jams and chutneys, salads and 2 glasses of wine.
