Women Who Build Africa (WWBA) is hosting an event on September 13th, focused on women founders in Africa. It's also open to investors and ecosystem supporters that have a focus on supporting the growth of women founders on the continent. 10 early-stage (pre-A) women founders from markets across Africa will share 4-minute pitches, with an investor panel to ask questions. 30-40 women founders of various stages will be in attendance. Kauffman fellows are welcome to join for lunch at 12pm, followed by pitches which will kick off at 1:30pm. WWBA will also be hosting a networking happy hour at the same venue (Nairobi Street Kitchen) from 5pm. All are welcome to join.
